The Auger Inn has offered to host Shelly's European Specialties on Mondays. The schedule is by request so, send it in right away and I will try to work it in.
Shelly's European Specialties does parties! At my home or yours gather your friends, choose your menu, schedule your date and lets make some fabulous culinary memories!

As a student of Shelly's European Specialties you can learn from a
professional mother who has spent over 17 years in Europe with the
military collecting recipes from every country I visited.
Besides
living in Germany and Italy I have family in the Czech Republic and
friends from Greece and France. As a military daughter and wife I have
also learned to make easy to prepare meals that will feed an army (or
Navy) and is sure NOT to leave them wanting more; because there IS
more.
Each new student will be given a Shelly's European Specialties
binder in which to keep the recipes of the day handed out at the end of
every class. There will be many versions of each class featuring a
different group of recipes. Join me in expanding your international
cookbook! Imagine being able to wow your friends and family with your new recipe! Classes cost just $25 a person and children under the age of 13 attend for free with a paying parent!
